At Sidoli, we believe in using as many top quality, locally sourced ingredients as possible to create our high quality desserts. This country has some of the best produce available and by using British ingredients where possible, we get to produce desserts with a high level of level of provenance whilst supporting the local businesses that produce them.
We are proud to say that a large number of our ingredients are sourced from this country. These include some of our key cake components such as British sugar, flour and British Lion Eggs, however we travel the world to source the finest ingredients such as chocolate from Belgium and Medjoul dates from Israel!
Some of the products we use regularly are local Welsh honey and cream, English blackcurrants and lavender, Bramley apples, and Timperley rhubarb. We believe that all these quality local ingredients play a huge part in creating our delicious flavour combinations and, coupled with our decades of experience, allow us to make the most delectable cakes and puddings for our loyal customers.
