A Modern Baker

Nestled in the hills of the beautiful Mid-Wales countryside, since 1980 our fabulous team have been creating a vast range of delicious artisan desserts for the food service industry across Britain and internationally. We provide ‘off the shelf’ products as well as an incredibly flexible ‘Bespoke’ new product development service to all of our customers.

Led by our founder and Chairman Carlo Sidoli, whose passion and commitment to Sidoli has created our state of the art factory, fuelled by a absolute dedication to reinvest and evolve. We only use the best natural ingredients, sourcing locally and keeping it British where we can, and we pride ourselves on our innovation which is headed up by Carlo’s daughter Sophie.

We want everybody to be able to enjoy our delicious desserts and cakes so we are delighted to offer a number of gluten free options. With a large choice of cakes, pies and treats available including our award winning Gluten Free Carrot Cake, no one will have to miss out on dessert!

International

Not only do we deliver all across the UK but we have now extended our distribution network to reach parts of Europe and even the Middle East, meaning that our beautiful creations are available to a much wider audience.
